Where we ship
We ship only to the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, DC. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands, Micronesia, the Marshall Islands, Palau, or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.

Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays. Our daily order cutoff is 2:00 PM GMT−5 (fixed UTC−05:00, year-round; no daylight saving adjustment). Orders placed before 2:00 PM on a business day enter processing that day and require 1 business day before dispatch. Orders placed at or after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays enter processing on the next available business day. The estimated total of 7–12 business days is counted from the applicable processing start day. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier, weather, customs and destination-related delays can affect arrival dates.

You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return eligibility
Items must be unworn and unused, with original tags attached and in their original packaging. Please retain your receipt or proof of purchase. Eligible returns may be requested for both defective and non-defective products.
Start a return
Contact customer care within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, the item and the reason for the return. Once approved, we will email the appropriate return address and instructions. Please do not send items back before receiving authorization or use an address other than the one provided.
International return destination
Our warehouse is in Hangzhou, Zhejiang, China. A return from the United States to this warehouse is an international shipment. Contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm the correct return address and instructions for your order. Do not send returns to our registered U.S. business address.
For a standard change-of-mind return, you pay the return shipping cost, including international postage when the confirmed return destination is in China. The cost depends on the carrier and shipment; we do not quote a fixed return postage amount. If we arrange a label, we will disclose its cost before processing the return. For confirmed damaged, defective or incorrect items, we cover the applicable return shipping cost as stated below.
Return shipping and fees
For a standard change-of-mind return, the customer pays return shipping. If we arrange a label, we will explain its cost before processing the return; that amount may be deducted from the refund. If you pay the carrier directly, we do not deduct an additional return shipping charge. There is no restocking fee for eligible returns.
For confirmed damaged, defective or incorrect items, we cover the applicable return shipping cost. Contact us first, with order details and photographs where appropriate, so we can assess the issue and provide instructions.
Exchanges
Exchanges follow the same 30-day window and condition requirements, and depend on current product and variant availability. Contact us before sending anything back.
Refund timing
After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll email the outcome. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the funds. If you have not received the refund more than 15 business days after approval, contact us.
Original shipping charges, if any, are not refundable unless required by applicable law. Any non-returnable product restrictions for hygiene, customization, safety or legal reasons will be communicated for the applicable item. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
